⋒ Avoid any water contact while wearing any jewelry pieces. Keep them away from body sprays, lotions, or other harsh chemicals. These chemicals may increase tarnish and remove any painted designs.

⋒ Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme heat areas, this will cause the clay to be extremely flexible and may break if pressure is applied.

⋒ To care for your polymer earrings, wipe them off with a soft cloth or cotton swab. Store them in a jewelry box to avoid any breakage. Polymer clay is durable but should be handled with care.

⋒ All findings used for each earring piece are nickel free and hypoallergenic. Some pieces are gold plated meaning some tarnish may occur in the long term.

⋒ Each pair is handcrafted by me, clay shapes or designs will not be the exact same, colors and patterns may vary slightly therefore they are not perfect but I aim to do my best!

⋒ The processing time to prepare your order for shipment is 1-2 business days. This excludes Weekends and Holidays.

⋒ Transit times for USPS is typically 5-7 business days, however these times are out of my control and can change.

⋒ Standard Shipping is done through USPS mail with tracking information if requested. Expedited shipping is also available. Please leave a note before checkout along with a good email to contact you for the additional fees. If you have any trouble locating your tracking number, please send an email to klay.jewelryy@gmail.com

⋒ If your package is "delivered" but did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office for more details. If postal delivered it to the wrong address it may take a few extra days for you to receive.

⋒ We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please email us to help you file a claim thru the postal service.

⋒ Earrings are final sale but with two exceptions. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, please contact us via e-mail or Instagram DM. This will determine if we can replace the earrings or refund you the price of the earrings.

⋒ Once orders have processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel them.
